INSTRUCTIONS
A GOOD PREP IS EVERYTHING
Preparation is everything, and so easy with Triple-R!
Warm up the shoe in an electrical oven (100-120 degrees C) or in a bucket of boiling water for about 10 minutes.
BEND BABY BEND
Would you like to change the shape? Just bend the shoe by hand, with tongs or with a bending device like the Triple-R Bending Buddy
Once the shoe has cooled off, it will keep its new shape you've created.
Warm it up again if you want to go back to its original shape.
ARE YOU NAILING IT?
How amazing is this? Triple-R is made to be nailed on and/or to glue on!
The choice is yours!
Check out the label of the shoe for the recommended nail for the ultimate fit.
GETTING STICKY WITH IT!
Sometimes nailing on is no option. No problem!
Triple-R can be glued on with polyurethanes or acrylics, whatever you like best!
Make sure the shoe and hoof are clean and dry, follow the glue-instructions, and you're all set!
FINISH
Finish it off with a nice rasp around, some putty and grease like you always do, and your work will look ace!
EXTRA GRIP
Triple-R shoes provide slide like alu or steel shoes. This also means that some circumstances require to add more grip to the shoe.
You can add more grip by adding tungsten pins or adding an insert in the toe.
